About us
Stays of Marriott by Horizon is an independent service brand operated by Horizon. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Marriott International. Marriott and Marriott Bonvoy are trademarks of their respective owners.
Orders
By placing an order you confirm the details you provide (name, email, Bonvoy member number) are accurate and belong to you. Orders are confirmed by our team by email. Requested orders are not charged until you complete payment using the instructions we send.
Fulfilment
We aim to complete your order within the completion window you request. If we cannot meet it, we will contact you before proceeding and offer options, including a refund for any unfulfilled portion.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel before we begin fulfilment for a full refund. Once stays have been booked, refunds are limited to any portion not yet fulfilled.
Liability
Program rules, status benefits and promotions are set by Marriott Bonvoy and may change. We are not responsible for changes to third-party loyalty programmes.
