What we collect
When you place an order we collect your surname, first name, email address, Marriott Bonvoy member number, your requested completion window and any notes you add. Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example PayPal); we do not see or store your card details.
How we use it
We use your details only to process and fulfil your order, credit stays to your Bonvoy account, and contact you about your order. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Your details are shared only where needed to complete your order (for example with hotels when booking) or when required by law.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for bookkeeping, support and dispute handling, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@staysbyhorizon.com.
